Kid Policy

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at ReWAXation we feel that salons aren’t a safe space for children. We work with warm wax, sugar, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. Our estheticians all have different comfort levels with children being in the room. Some don’t allow children, while others are ok with them being present, as long as they stay seated on the benches in the rooms or in their stroller/carriers. We do not allow children to be unattended in the waiting area, even when we have a receptionist. Please check our esthetician bios for more information on their specific policy.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the utmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience.

Thank you for understanding!

  • Guests are only allowed if we have a front desk receptionist on duty at the time of your appointment. There are occasions where we don’t have a receptionist on duty and we ask you please not bring a guest with you.

  • No pets in the salon.

  • If you don’t have an appointment we don’t allow clients into the shop. Please call, email or text us your appointment requests. You can also schedule an appointment through our website.

  • We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, If you arrive too late for your appointment it will result in scheduling for another day and leaving a credit card to hold the next appointment or subject to the 50% cancellation fee.

  • If your credit card on file is declined when charging the 50% cancellation fee. The payment must be made before a new appointment is requested.

  • We don’t wax/sugar clients under the age of 18 requesting Brazilians. We can wax/sugar the bikini line if you are 15 years old or older as long as a parent or guardian is present and have signed the client waiver.

  • ONLY the guest and the esthetician are allowed in the waxing room while a service is being performed.

  • All scheduled services must be completed at the time of appointment. If you need to remove any service(s), please do so at least 24 hours  in advance. If a service cannot be completed or a service is removed at the time of the appointment for any reason, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Pet Policy

As much as we love our furry companions, the salon is not a good environment for pets. Besides the fact that it is against city and state health regulations to have animals in the salon, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as ‘in-love’ with pets as others may be. Service dogs are allowed, not emotional support animals.

cancel/no show/late

reWAXation Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment, we are typically booked back-to-back and cannot guarantee that we will be able to take late arrivals. Clients that come too late to be seen for their appointments will be marked as late cancels/no-shows.

Like most spas, our estheticians get paid a straight commission, so when clients no-show/late cancel they make $0.

Late cancels/late reschedules/no-shows (within 24 hours of appointment) will be charged 50% of their service price which goes directly to their esthetician.
